Inspired by my own postpartum journey, I aim to be an extension of your family, offering personalized care that empowers and supports all parents and caregivers.

The first few weeks after childbirth can be unpredictable, bringing physical, mental, and emotional challenges. As a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, I am dedicated to delivering high-quality daytime and overnight care for newborns, as well as providing education and resources for both new and seasoned parents and caregivers. Whether it's helping with newborn laundry and dishes, accompanying you to appointments and errands, or stepping in so you can rest, I offer services designed to make your life easier. I am also trained to recognize signs of postpartum mental health concerns and am deeply committed to offering emotional and mental support to parents and caregivers who may be struggling. My approach emphasizes guidance and reassurance tailored to support your unique journey. The postpartum period is a time of significant transition, filled with both joys and challenges. My goal is to create a nurturing and peaceful environment for you and your family, allowing you to navigate this new chapter with comfort and confidence.

Daytime Care

Whether you need help with catching up on newborn laundry, washing bottles and pump parts, or simply need a break, daytime care is an excellent option for all parents and caregivers.

Overnight Care

Overnight care is ideal for parents and caregivers seeking trusted support during nighttime feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and more, allowing you to rest and recharge for the day ahead.
