Who is Stephanie?
Hi there! I'm Stephanie Mullens! Located in Reading, Massachusetts, I am a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist passionate about providing care and support to infants and families. With a background specializing in infant care and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, I bring over ten years of experience as an infant teacher, nanny, newborn care specialist, and postpartum doula.
After having my son and going through my own postpartum mental health challenges, I discovered my new passion of not only caring for babies, but also providing individualized support to parents and caregivers. Every postpartum journey is unique, and my goal is to feel like an extension of your family, providing the care and support you need.
Outside of supporting families, I cherish spending time with my husband, our 18-month-old son, Xander, and our spirited three-legged dog, Mona! I love playing video games, outdoor adventures, crafts, playing the flute, and traveling. I am also a former Admin & Educator for the Facebook community, Baby Led Weaning for Beginners & Beyond, where I spend time educating over 800,000 members on baby-led weaning.
Caring for Baby and YOU.
My approach is centered on providing compassionate care, expert guidance, and evidence-based practices to create a nurturing, supportive environment for babies, parents, and caregivers. I prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional health of both infants and all caregivers. I believe every postpartum journey is unique, so I provide individualized care to meet the specific needs of your family. My goal is to help you feel secure, comfortable, and empowered as you navigate your postpartum journey.
